Location:
Cappadocia, Turkey
The moonscaped region of Cappadocia, southeast of Ankara, is most famous for its unique geological formations called fairy chimneys.
The region's underground cities laying 85 meters below land were in use by various civilizations for thousands of years with about 20 000 inhabitants living permanently in the underground catacombs at any given point of history.
The formation of this one of a kind landscape started 30 million years ago with constant eruptions of three volcanoes in the area.
For millions of years layers of volcanic tuffa and ash were layering over the land, and the erosion of water and wind were shaping this everchanging landscape.

The Stay:
an ancient cave hotel in the heart of the chimney valleys
Wonder how was it when people lived in caves? Well, in Cappadocia many people still live in caves and it doesn't mean they're lacking comfort in any way. The feel of ancient cave homes carved out in the fairy tale rocks of region is combined with modern bathrooms, wifi, convenience of bedside sockets, and all other hotel amenities that we all take for granted.
Our hotel has a breathtaking views from its' rooftop terrace and if you don't feel like waking up at dawn to join a balloon ride, you might enjoy watching the sky filled with the balloons while having your morning coffee.
Your Host
Our instructors are coming from diverse backgrounds all united with a belief that our mind rests while our body moves. Tremendous amount of evidence confirms that we do need to move our bodies to reduce the level of anxiety and chronic stress we capture in our minds.
To make the Movement Camp a playground for diverse movement addicts we always have 3-5 instructors onsite teaching different approaches to movement.
Allow us to make you Fall in Love with Movement.
Feel. Move. Express
The remaining instructors will be announced soon
